Hi Todd,Firstly, In order to Qualify a Lead in CRM, the user will obviously need at least User level Read/Write/Create permissions on the Account, Opportunity, Contact, and Lead entities.
Please note that only open leads can be qualified. Follow the below steps to mass qualify the leads from a view.
For Instance: I have created a view called "My Open Leads" multiselect all the leads you want to qualify from the view as shown below and click on qualify and the leads are qualified and migrated from this view.
