A user mentioned she is receiving an error message when trying to create an appointment in an account. I am also getting same error message. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this a Microsoft issue? I have no idea what this means. I haven't customized anything.

This would suggest that some JavaScript had an error on that form. If you have no customization on that form, I would recommend you clear the cache or try another browser and see if that fixes it.

Heather, this seems to be the form JS throwing some error. Check in the form editor if you see any Javascripts enabled on load of the form. If so, try disabling it for a minute and then load the form again. If the error goes away, that means that JS definitely has some issue. Otherwise it could be a MS bug.

Thanks my IT dept said as much (javascript error). We did try to enable and disable it and I still get error message. However, now I can still create an appointment. Before it froze on the screen and you couldn't proceed. It is still there but I can at least get around creating appointments. I am currently working with MS on another bug too.
    thank you!
