    We have ad administrative user who need to track emails on behalf of her manager (one of our executives).  She has access to her mailbox and we have followed all the steps on the link below, but the Dynamics 365 icon is still greyed out and she receives the error:  You cannot perform this action. This add-in scenario is not supported in this folder. Any ideas?
