    Hello CRM experts and developers,
we are implementing a new All Sales BPF to replace our different Sales Divisions (5 BPF's).  I am trying to find a way to update the open opportunities to the new BPF from the previous.

We are on D365 CRM Online and using Classic Web mode not Unified Interface but have Sales Hub as well.

would any of you have a suggestion for this one time change to the new BPF?  Thanks, Jill

If there are not too many of them, you can open each Opportunity and use the Process button on the Command Bar.  Otherwise, there are 3rd party solutions that will give you the ability to create a workflow that will set / switch the process.  I believe this will be deprecated in the future: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/get-started/whats-new/customer-engagement/important-changes-coming so I am not sure what options will be available after that.

Thanks Ben.  We are trying to write a js for the opportunity to change with the OnLoad event to the new BPF if it's not already the new All Sales BPF.  this also gives us the option as to who may or may have not reviewed their opportunities within a certain time.  thanks again for your help, there are too many open opportunities for us to click into each one.

    Hello Jill,

Not sure if you're still working on this, but I've done this before by using on demand workflows.
Once you've built your workflow, use Advanced Find to isolate your opportunities, then select them and run the workflow.

@Jill Vari - Have you looked into Branching Logic for the BPFs? Here is information to check out: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/enhance-business-process-flows-branching
