Deactivate Survey Responses

    We are currently running v9.1.0.1674

    Is there a way to deactivate survey responses?  I see an 'inactive survey responses' system view, so I'm guessing there is a way to deactivate a survey response, I just can't figure how to actually deactivate the record.

    Hi Jim,

    You have to navigate to the survey responses from within the particular survey for that option to be available. If you navigate to survey response directly from the main Voice of the Customer menu the 'Deactivate' option is not available. See attached screenshot.

    There may be another way to do it...this is just the method I found.

    Thanks for the help.  It's definitely a round about way of getting there, but it works.  Do you know if there is any trickery on getting to this in the new interface?

    We are in 9.1 for now...
