Bulk Edit

When using built in bulk editing tool, upon saving, check boxes are being set to their default values even though they were not updated to do so. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a fix to this?

What entities are you seeing this occur in?

We are seeing this on the opportunity entity, when bulk editing the quote entity associated with the opportunity.

Did you check to make sure any workflows, business rules, or plugins are not to blame?
Are you using the Unified Interface or Web Classic? On-prem or on-line?
If you are using Unified Interface, did you replace the OOTB Yes/No with the Checkbox control? if yes, then it sounds like a bug you need to report to MS.

We are indeed using Unified Interface, and we have in fact replaced Yes/No with the Check box control

Carter, do you have audit logs turned on?  If there are workflows being triggered you will have multiple entries in the audit logs with the same time stamp showing what fields were changed.
