    #CRM2016

We are upgrading to D365 from CRM 2011 and the business would like to see what options are available in D365 that would allow the Executives to monitor Lead Management within CRM. Something like a dashboard that shows the lifecycle of a Lead realtime.

    All recommendations would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi Rekha,
This analysis is super important - and the KPIs you select to build around are as well.
Our firm helps leaders identify these metrics and then also builds the custom, easy-to-use dashboards for analyzing in Dynamics.
Feel free to give me a shout and I can share some examples.

    Hi Rekha,

Your best option is going to be using Power BI.The Sales Analytics Power BI report has some pre-built Lead Analysis in it. This can also be extended to add anything else you want.
