    Hello everyone

We're on D365 online and are using the Dynamics App for Outlook.  We've noticed that all our custom entities have disappeared from the Set Regarding list, so only OOTB entities are available to track against.  Is this something anyone else is experiencing?  If so, what's the answer?  Having only recently rolled out the outlook app to users (we had major problems with the Client version deleting appointments), it's a huge backward step for us and we need to get it fixed asap.

    Cheers
    Jules

There are a few other threads related to your question, but I think this one with a response from @Travis Judd may be the most relevant.

    Thanks Ben.

On suggestions from other blogs I added the entities back into relevance search yesterday but as they still were not available by end of play, I posted the question here, thinking there must be something else that needed doing.  However I've just checked set regarding on an email this morning and hey presto they are all back.

    So all good thanks!

    Cheers
    Jules
