Hi, I would like to know if there are some restrictions regarding recreation of first-party app functionality. For example, am I allowed to create a new CDS environment without any of the first-party apps like Sales or Customer Service and create entities like MyQuote, MyOrder, MyProduct or MyCase? I was sure I could do this, but a licensing consultant who was passing through our company mentioned some restrictions.
It would be great to hear some experiences as it becomes relevant creating solutions like this from scratch using all the tools in PowerPlatform.

Those restrictions were removed in ​in 2019 in relation to the Power Apps licenses. @Jukka Niiranen wrote about it in his ​Demystifying Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Licensing blog posts.
