    Hello experts

    We have a strange issue with client side outlook sync. CRM 2016 OnPrem. Problems started some time ago, before it worked quite ok for ages.

    The case is as follows:
    - Add a new appointment in CRM
    - Appointment is synced to Outlook by Outlook sync.
    - Appointment is also visible on iPhone
    - Clicking on appointment in iPhone, an invitation to the creator of the inviation is created. The invitation is visible in "Sent Items". After a short time, that inviataion is returned by exchange as "undeliverable".
    - Clicking on appointment in outlook on the desktop works without problems.

    Any ideas?
