When using the Email Signature template, the formatting (spaces between lines, etc.) is giving us fits and is not coming out consistently from user to user.  Any idea what is causing this and how to work around it?  Would using text boxes perhaps work?

    Good Morning!

If you already have an email signature set up in Outlook, you could:

    1.  Create a new email in Outlook
    2.  Add spaces between the top of the body and your Email Signature
    3.  Copy the whole body content
    4.  Create an email template for yourself
    5.  Paste the copied from Outlook into the CRM Email Template.

Paste signature info into CRM signature,  save and close.

You will have total control over the look and content of your email signatures and disclaimers in Microsoft 365 with Sigsync Office 365 email signature. The Azure Active Directory (AD) data, user profile photos, social media symbols, and standard signature templates can all be created in this web-based application. With this approach, it is feasible to retain consistency despite using distinct email signatures for emails sent to internal and external recipients, emails that are new and those that are follow-ups, and emails that are sent by various departments. The application is compatible with a wide range of email clients and devices, such as smartphones and iMacs.

The most appealing feature of Sigsync is its straightforwardness. To create an email signature with Sigsync, you don't need any technical or design knowledge. Email signatures can then be quickly and easily used throughout the organization with a few clicks.
