When using the Email Signature template, the formatting (spaces between lines, etc.) is giving us fits and is not coming out consistently from user to user.  Any idea what is causing this and how to work around it?  Would using text boxes perhaps work?

try to use the Notepad program to create a signature and after that copy and paste into the CRM

Good Morning!

If you already have an email signature set up in Outlook, you could:

1.  Create a new email in Outlook
2.  Add spaces between the top of the body and your Email Signature
3.  Copy the whole body content
4.  Create an email template for yourself
5.  Paste the copied from Outlook into the CRM Email Template.


Paste signature info into CRM signature,  save and close.
