Going Deeper with the Next Phase of Dynamics 365 Academy

Back in 2013, the CRMUG "CRM Admin Black Belt" series were introduced to the community and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The program was created by 7x Microsoft MVP and CRMUG All-Star Gus Gonzalez, and the content and skills included in the program were crafted based on hundreds of Administrators trained after dozens of Dynamics CRM/365 implementations. The program became an Industry standard, and we currently have over 300 certified D365UG|CRMUG Black Belts.

In addition to the CRM Admin Black Belt series, we have provided countless other courses and readiness opportunities that aim to give you the real world skills you need to be successful as a Dynamics 365 user, admin, or Pro.

Today we take a leap forward to ensure that the D365UG|CRMUG Academy delivers the highest possible impact to your career and to the value that your organization gets out of Dynamics 365, by inviting Gus to help steer the D365UG|CRMUG Academy offerings further.

If you have attended one of Gus’ sessions in the past, you’ll understand why he’s considered a premiere Dynamics 365 CE speaker and trainer in the industry. His sessions are filled with best practices and lessons learned over 14 years implementing Dynamics 365/CRM, and he will be bringing that same approach to our Academy courses, offerings, and other programs going forward.

We have a ton of ideas about training courses and offerings that are coming up in the near future, but in the meantime, we are curious about what you would like to see first!  Take this 1 question Survey and let us know!

On the partner side, we will leverage Gus’ experience as a partner and implementer to create and introduce courses that are exclusive to partner members. Functional Consultant training, Solution Architect Training, Developer Training, ‘D365 Demo Pro’ Bootcamp, Selling Dynamics 365 to TDMs and BDMs, etc.

We hope you are excited and ready to join us in this journey to take Dynamics 365 training to a new level!

Sincerely,
Tony - D365UG/CRMUG
