How do I book my hotel room(s) for CRMUG Summit 2010?
Your hotel room is NOT booked through registration for CRMUG Summit 2010. You will need to book your hotel room by visiting this Web site or by contacting the hotel reservations department at 1-800-266-9432 or 1-506-474-2009
How much is registration for CRMUG Summit 2010?
How do I make changes to my registration?
You can alter or change your registration information by visiting the Registration Returning Services page. You will need your email address used for registration AND the password that you created during your registration process to access your information. If you have misplaced your information or are not given access to prior registration information, please see the FAQ entitled "What do I do if I forgot my password to register for the event?"
Can I register other members from my company, group or organization?
Yes! You can register other members of your company or organization during your registration process. After entering in your personal information, the system will ask you if you wish to register others from you company. Simply click and follow the prompts to enter their information. Only one credit card will be needed and all registrations will be charged to that one card.
What does my registration for CRMUG Summit 2010 include?
A full Summit pass includes meals, snacks, receptions, and beverages. Your registration includes full access to the expo hall, any tracks and sessions that fit your area of interest, Keynotes, Town Halls, and any entertainment offered as a part of CRMUG Summit 2010. Hotel, airfare and transportation to and from the airport are NOT included in your registration.
What are the dates for CRMUG Summit 2010?
CRMUG Summit begins on Monday, October 25th with an EXPO reception and concludes on Thursday, October 28th. There are also CRMUG Academy full and half-day Training Classes that occur on Monday, October 25th and Friday, October 29th.
Will there be CPE credits offered for CRMUG Summit 2010?
Yes! CPE Credits will be offered for CRMUG Academy On-site Classes offered on Monday, October 25th and Friday, October 28th. Additionally, most breakout sessions during CRMUG Summit 2010 also qualify for CPE Credits. Non-instructional sessions such as Partner Showcases and General Sessions are not eligible. Recipients receive 1 credit per hour of instruction. You can request a CPE Certificate by indicating you’d like to receive CPE Credits via the post-session evaluation survey. You must fill out an evaluation survey for each session or course you wish to receive CPE Credits for. Be sure to include your full name and email address to receive your certification.
Can I attend just the Expo Hall?
Yes, there are expo only passes available for purchase within the registration process. Expo Only passes are priced at $399 per pass and does not allow the attendee admission into any tracks, sessions, partner showcases, or other portions of the event other than the Expo Hall.
Can I attend just the tracks and sessions?
Yes you can attend only the tracks and sessions. However, we encourage you to network with other attendees and partners throughout the conference. There is no discounted pass for only attending tracks and sessions. A full conference pass must be purchased.
Will there be Microsoft Support personnel at CRMUG Summit 2010?
Microsoft technical support and executives will be on site. Some will facilitate tracks and sessions, some will partake in the Town Hall Meeting, Keynotes, and other speaking opportunities. You can address any questions or concerns you have with your product and any future plans at Roundtables and the Town Hall Meeting.
I am no longer able to attend the conference; can I send someone in my place?
To perform a substitution, the original registrant should go to the CRMUG Summit 2010 Registration site and login using the original registrant's email and password, and select “Substitution” from the Returning Services Menu. A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee.
- Substitution Requirements:
- The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
- Payment: No action is required if the new registrant will keep the same payment. If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment before a refund is issued to the original attendee. To change the method of payment, please send correspondence to Event Manager via the Contact Us page to have someone contact you for new payment information.
- Hotel: If a hotel room has been reserved, the original registrant will need to contact the hotel and change the name the reservation is being held under. NOTE: Event Management does not change or revise hotel rooms or hotel reservations. It is the responsibility of the registrant to book and manage their hotel stay.
- The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes the original attendee may cancel their registration by going to the go to the CRMUG Summit 2010 Registration site. Login using the original registrant's email and password, and select “Cancellation” from the Returning Services Menu.
What is your refund policy?
All registration cancellations must be received through Return Registration Online or via email. Contact Event Manager to request any refunds to be considered. A full event pass refund, minus $100 USD processing fee, will be honored when the cancellation is received BEFORE 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 1, 2010. A 50% refund of a full event pass, minus $100 USD processing fee, will be honored when the cancellation is received AFTER 11:59 p.m. on August 1, 2010 but NOT AFTER September 19, 2010 before 11:59 p.m. EDT. Any cancellation after September 19, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, will result in NO REFUND, no exceptions.
What is appropriate attire for CRMUG Summit 2010?
There is no dress code for attending CRMUG Summit. However, typical attendees will dress in business casual attire. We encourage you to dress in layers since the temperature in some of the break-out rooms can get cold. Also, be prepared for the potential for inclement weather.
I am currently a Preview Member. Can I register for CRMUG Summit 2010
as a Premium member?
No, a Preview Membership does not qualify for the Premium Membership registration rate for Summit. If your company is considering upgrading your membership, we encourage you to do so before registering for Summit in order to save on the registration fees. The savings on Summit registration could pay for the annual membership fee! Otherwise, a Preview Member is to register for Summit at the Basic Member registration rates.
I am a Microsoft employee. What registration category pertains to me?
All Microsoft employees are considered Premium Members of CRMUG. You will need to select CRMUG Premium Member when you register for CRMUG Summit 2010.
Does my registration fee include CRMUG Academy Training Courses?
No, your registration for CRMUG Summit 2010 does NOT include the CRMUG Academy Training Courses. You will need to select the courses you wish to attend during your registration process and then the additional costs are added to your total event registration.
How much are the CRMUG Academy Training Courses?
Pricing for the CRMUG Training courses depends on the course. Each course is priced according to skill level, demand, and length of course. For pricing details, please visit the CRMUG Academy Onsite Classes offered at Summit 2010.
Do I have to be logged in to the CRMUG Web site in order to register for CRMUG
Summit 2010?
You do not need to be logged into the CRMUG Web site to register for CRMUG Summit 2010. The login and password you use on the CRMUG.com Web site is separate from your CRMUG Summit Registration email and password. Your registration for CRMUG Summit 2010 will use the email address and a password which you will create during your registration process. If you are a returning registrant, you will need to recall the email and password you created during registration. If you do not recall your password, please see FAQ “What do I do if I forgot my password for the event” for further instructions.
Do I need a coupon code?
You do NOT need a coupon code to register. The registration system defaults to the request of a coupon code when you select your registration type. Please ignore this and continue with your registration.
What do I do if I forgot my password to register for the event?
If you have registered for a past Summit conference and the registration system is recognizing your email address BUT you have forgotten your password, you can do one of two things.
- Click the option that reads “If you forgot your password or require a temporary password, click here." This option resets your password and the new password email is sent from the registration system. Often, spam blockers do not allow this email with the new password to come through. If that happens, there is a second option:
- Select “To begin a new registration using the same email address but without recalling any personal information, click here.” This will allow you to continue but you will need to reenter all of your personal information.
How Do I Register My Spouse for an Expo Reception Pass?
EXPO Reception Night 1 is Monday October 25th from 6p to 8p
EXPO Reception Night 2 is Tuesday October 26th from 6p to 8p
EXPO Reception Night 3 is Wednesday October 27th from 6p to 8p
Each reception is $65 plus registration fees. You will have to register your spouse as if they were a seperate conference attendee, these passes cannot be added to your current registration. Upon registering, select which Spouse Pass (i.e. Expo Reception Night) you are purchasing. If your spouse wishes to attend more than one Expo reception, the registration process must be repeated for each pass, as you cannot select more than one registrant type. We apologize for additional entry of information, but it is necessary in order for security to monitor entry into the correct reception.
