 Jesper Lachance Ræbild holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.  In his current role, Chris Lerum leads the global commercial technical support business for Microsoft Dynamics products. Working across Dynamics regional leadership, Lerum focuses his energies on fine tuning global processes, driving global adherence and consistency, and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction. Over the past 18 years, Lerum’s previous roles have been in Managed Services, Technical Account Management, and Customer Satisfaction; in addition to helping establish the Dynamics GP “Level 2” Support Team. Having gained knowledge from all aspects of Dynamics product support, Lerum understands the unique needs of customers and partners in the small- and mid-market space where integrated, adaptable business management solutions play integral roles in driving business success. Lerum holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota and has been with this company since September 1991.

Reuben Krippner

Reuben Krippner is a Senior Product Manager from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product group. Reuben has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since the 1.2 release. He joined Microsoft in December 2004 in the UK (although he is a proud Australian!). Reuben has over 10 years of experience with deploying, supporting and designing CRM solutions from various tier-1 CRM vendors.
Reuben has two key aspects to his role with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Primarily he liaises with the CRM development teams to plan and shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additionally he is the program manager for the Accelerators initiative which delivers value for existing customers and partners with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. |
