Emily Raeker, a new CRMUG Premium Member at Dixon Hughes PLLC, was hearing from her users that the Advanced Find was locking up. She attended one of our Convergence Encore webinars last week and was able to speak with Shawn Dieken from the Microsoft Premier Field Engineering team.  As a result, Shawn worked with his team to find the bug and the fix will be included Roll-up 11.  Emily wanted to share with everyone the good news and the temporary work-around she devised.  A description of the issue and work-around can be found here.  Thank you Emily and Shawn!

A CRMUG member has a great question regarding currency differences in CRM:

How do others address the issue of having an Opportunity that is created in one currency, but then has Quote Records related to that Opportunity in different currencies.  For example, an Opportunity for the ABC Project in Algeria is created in USD, yet RFQ's come in from the USA requesting USD and Euro Quotes.
