Summit is our largest annual conference offered exclusively to CRMUG members.This event features 2 days of in-depth pre-conference product training, plus 3 full days of keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and over 100 breakouts sessions, including roundtable discussions, case study presentations, Microsoft Conduits, Customer and Partner Showcase Theatres, how-to sessions, and more.
DayONE
This event is an exciting jump-start to Convergence, Microsoft’s annual customer conference.Aptly named, this high-energy event takes place each year on the day prior to Convergence. It is a free event that features real-life, right-to-the-point success stories delivered by Microsoft Dynamics customers, interactive sessions and discussions, and opportunities to connect with Microsoft’s team.
FOCUS
FOCUS events are designed to dig deep into a specific topic that is of particular interest and importance to the CRMUG community.Several of these expert-led, regional events are held throughout the year and are open to CRMUG members only.

Each year we host over 100 virtual events that give you bite-size, real-life learning opportunities right from your desk.These live webinars are conducted in a variety of formats to help you engage in the way that suits you best.

Academy Distance Learning
These unique web-based events couple an instructor-led learning environment with hands-on training – all from your own desk! This format allows you to learn targeted content, practice, and apply the curriculum immediately.
Academy Computer Based Training (CBT)
A practically unlimited learning opportunity is yours with CBT classes.You can choose from more than 2,400 courses in areas such as leadership, communication, project management, human resources, sales and marketing, and web development, along with advanced business and technical courses and Microsoft certification classes.
Academy Onsite
These half- or full-day in-person training courses are offered in conjunction with Summit, our annual conference.Participants can choose from a number of expert-led courses on functional and technical topics on Dynamics CRM and related tools.
