The Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG®) provides users a wealth of opportunities to learn, network, and share expertise about Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Powered by Dynamic Communities, Inc., CRMUG is an independent community and the only one recognized by Microsoft as the official user group for Dynamics CRM. CRMUG is designed to connect you with others who rely on CRM to help their organization thrive by allowing you to engage through a variety of channels, including live and virtual events, a vibrant online community and discussion forums, regional networking opportunities, and valuable training courses.

CRMUG is made up of four types of members. Please select the membership option below that best describes you to learn more about your membership options and benefits, and get signed up.
  • User Members
  • User memberships are available to individuals within customer organizations that are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and are looking to maximize their understanding and use of the application.
  • Partner Members
  • Partner memberships are designed for and available to Microsoft Value Added Resellers (VAR) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) who provide solutions and expertise to Dynamics CRM customers.
  • Microsoft Dynamics MVP Members
  • Microsoft Dynamics Most Valuable Professional (MVP) memberships are exclusively for individuals with current MVP status who actively share their high-quality, real-world technical expertise with the Dynamics CRM community.
  • Microsoft Team Members
  • Microsoft team membership is for individuals employed by Microsoft who have valuable information to share with the Dynamics CRM community and are interested in gaining feedback and insight from CRM customers.
