CRMUG Workshop - Workflows and Plug-ins, Part 2
Looking for ideas and the “how-to” of using workflows and plug-ins? Join us for an in-depth 2-part series of examples of each, and then share your ideas and experiences with the rest of the group. After the event, we’ll post resources and code examples from anyone that can share as well. This is a Premium CRMUG event.
Workflows and plug-ins are powerful extensions for your CRM environment. But just hearing about what others have done doesn’t get you too far. We're going to dive deep into how to develop and use both workflows and plug-ins, and when to use one vs. the other. In Part 1 in August, we focused on workflows in CRM. For Part 2, Kevin Holland, from Infinity Info Systems, will have us compare and contrast when to use plug-ins, and then we'll create a plug-in. Be ready to share your ideas and experiences, and if you can, your code with others during and after the webinar.
