This session will introduce you to the Microsoft CRM SCOM 2007 Management Pack and show you how it can help you understand your CRM system better.  Join Jeff Reiser, Premier Field Engineer, as he highlights how you can use the SCOM 2007 Management Pack to proactively resolve performance issues before they impact users.  This Tech Talk will cover such topics as:

  • What is included in the Management Pack
  • Installation of the pack
  • How to add useful counters, thresholds, and alerts
  • Reporting

This session is aimed at an intermediate user.  About Jeff: Jeff Reiser is a Premier Field Engineer for Dynamics CRM. In this role, he assists customers and partners in designing, deploying, extending, and supporting their Dynamics CRM deployments. Jeff has been working for Microsoft since 2001 and with CRM since its launch.
