CRMUG New England Regional Chapter Meeting (Dec 2010)

Join us for the next meeting of the CRMUG New England Regional Chapter on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the offices of FM Global in Johnston, RI from 4 to 7 pm. This meeting is being sponsored by Edgewater Technology & FM Global.  A special thank you to Microsoft for providing copies of Office 2010/Windows 7 to be exchanged for those donating a new, unwrapped toy for their Toys for Tots campaign!

4:30-4:50 pm Field tips on installation, maintenance and working with the CRM software and databases, presented by Ivan Kurtev, Green Beacon

5:00-5:20 pm Extending CRM examples: When should I ask for developer effort, what can I do with technical assistance? presented by Chris Condron, Senior Developer/Architect, FM Global

5:30-5:50 pm CRM & SharePoint: Empowering Business Processes through Managing Structured and Unstructured data, presented by Jim Wright, Director of Technology, Edgewater Technology

6:00-6:30 pm Roundtable Q & A discussions, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and planning for next meeting

6:30-7:00 pm                  More snacks, Discussions, Mix & Mingle & Networking

Audience: All CRM users are welcome to attend, regardless of whether they have joined CRMUG. Partners should be accompanied by a customer. Partners should bear in mind that the objective of Regional Chapters is to exchange knowledge and Dynamics CRM experience. Partner personnel should possess deep CRM expertise and refrain from sales activities.
