Here's more information on the "Building a Reporting Database for CRM On-Prem and CRM OnLine" session. Everyone needs reports built against CRM data – but writing/running complex reports against your live transactional database can impact performance – and if you’re using CRM Online, you don’t have direct access to the data for SQL reports or analytics. This practical introduction to building an off-line reporting database will get you off and running. We’ll look at some patterns and practices that take the mystery out of accomplishing this important task.
Audience: All Dynamics CRM users are welcome. We also encourage you to invite your colleagues and other users within the region. Partners are welcome to attend provided they are accompanied by a customer. Partners please bear in mind that the objective of Regional Chapters is to exchange knowledge and Dynamics CRM experience. Partner personnel should possess deep CRM expertise and refrain from sales activities.
