This intimate jump-start to Convergence 2011 was an exciting opportunity to network with fellow CRMUG members and other Dynamics CRM users before the full Convergence agenda started. CRMUG kicked off user group activities at Convergence with DayONE, on the Sunday before the welcome reception. DayONE was held again this year in the same location as all the other Convergence sessions – the Georgia World Congress Center.
DayONE was a content-packed afternoon of insightful sessions and networking opportunities with fellow Dynamics CRM users. In addition to a variety of breakout sessions and interactive discussions, attendees also had the chance to learn more about CRMUG, hear from leaders at Microsoft, and take part in Microsoft Conduit sessions where feedback on the product was provided directly to the Microsoft User Experience Research Team!
