With these tools you can extend the Microsoft CRM User Interface with additional custom buttons, menu items, navigation areas, or IFRAMEs, to include custom applications or custom JScript code within Microsoft Dynamics CRM clients. This is the most common type of customization that customers perform beyond the Customization Tools provided by Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
