1st Farm Credit Services
I’m a Business Analyst at 1st Farm Credit Services in Normal, IL. As of tomorrow, I will have been with 1st FCS as a BA for 8 yrs (since April 2002).  Prior to that, I was a Project Analyst for Solo Cup Company in Urbana, IL for 4 ½ years.  In both positions, I’ve led many Application Development projects, mostly centered around the sales-side of the organization. 

From a CRM perspective, when I started at 1st FCS, we were a GoldMine CRM shop and in the Summer of 2006, switched to MS CRM 3.0.  I was the lead for the GM-2-MSCRM 3.0 project.  In Jan of 2008, we upgraded to 4.0; I also led the 4.0 upgrade project.  I’m the “CRM Guru/CRM Product Owner” at 1st FCS and responsible for continued development and enhancement of the product.  MS CRM is our source of record for all of our systems and we have many “hooks” and customized entities within CRM.  I’ve been involved in Microsoft’s CRM 5.0 Usability Studies and  shadowed/interviewed on three separate occasions.
