1st Farm Credit Services (1st FCS)
I’m a Business Analyst at 1st Farm Credit Services in Normal, IL (hired in 2002). Prior to that, I was a Project Analyst for Solo Cup Company in Urbana, IL for 4 ½ years.  I am the project lead for Application Development projects, mostly centered around the sales-side of the organization. 

In the Summer of 2006, 1st FCS converted from GoldMine to Microsoft CRM 3.0. I was the lead on the MSCRM 3.0 conversion project (and subsequent upgrade to 4.0 in Jan 2008) and am responsible for continuing development and enhancement of the MSCRM product. At 1st FCS, MSCRM is the source of record for contact information and our sales needs are either developed within CRM as custom entities or system-integrated with MSCRM. I joined the CRMUG in 2008 and became a member of the Board of Advisors at the beginning of 2010.
