As Business Systems Manager at VisionAIR, Donna’s responsibilities include the management and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application to include integration with Dynamics GP, Experlogix and other systems.  VisionAIR is a leader in developing and providing world class Public Safety software to the Law Enforcement community and has more than 100 Dynamics CRM users.  Donna works closely with the VisionAIR Executive team and end users to ensure that the Dynamics CRM system is configured and fully leveraged to meet the company’s business and strategic needs while improving end user productivity and automating business processes.  

Donna has been working in the Information Technology field for more than 10 years and has a diverse IT background to include Software Release Management, Ecommerce Web Design & Management, and Enterprise Software Project Implementations.  Her skill set has allowed her to successfully support Organizations in realizing significant return on investment (ROI) through business process analysis, implementing enterprise software systems that fit the organization’s needs, and re-engineering, streamlining and automating business processes.  

Donna holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix with a specialty in Web Management where she completed her degree with honors.  Donna is currently a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist in Dynamics CRM and was awarded Microsoft MVP status in 2009 and 2010.
