Biography:

As the Chief Operations Officer of Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML) in Spokane, Washington, Rosalee Allan is accountable for service excellence and financial performance of the organization. This includes the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality that has resulted in a corporate view of all activity surrounding clients Her operational responsibilities include logistics, information technology, human resources, patient service centers, materials management, administration, facilities and toxicology. Her management responsibilities include facilitation of the organization's strategic planning process and monitoring the progress of the identified goals. She received her BS degree in Health Care Financial Management from Whitworth College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, American College of Healthcare Executives, Patient Safety Coalition, HIMMS and is founder of the Pacific Northwest MSCRM Users Group.
